The Alpha Stim M is an FDA approved microcurrent stimulator

The Alpha-Stim cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES) device delivers a natural level of microcurrent, via small clips worn on your earlobes, through the brain to stimulate and modulate specific groups of nerve cells. The patented Alpha-Stim waveform, application, and protocols result in significant anxiety relief, mood normalization, and better sleep (both in quality and duration).
Every single mood and emotion you experience – including anxiety and depression – is controlled by electrochemical signals in your brain. The medical profession primarily relies on drugs for neurological treatment to manipulate those electrochemical signals, but prescription medications are not the only path to relief.
Alpha-Stim treatment is focused on the electro part of electrochemical, instead of the chemical, allowing for a more focused treatment with practically no side-effects. By stimulating functional centers of the brain through the vestibulocochlear nerve, Alpha-Stim helps regulate and reset activity in key brain regions associated with mood disorders.
Alpha-Stim therapy is also FDA-approved for treating insomnia. The brain has electrochemical signals that control whether we are asleep or awake. Alpha-Stim simply delivers pulses of low-intensity currents to the brain via cranial nerves in a specific pattern called a waveform. Despite being nearly imperceptible, these pulses modulate the brain’s electrochemical signals and bring them back into balance, leading to deeper, longer, and more restful sleep.
Patients can also experience pain relief by using the Alpha-Stim M-Model. The M-Model electrotherapy device relieves post-traumatic, acute and chronic pain through painless electrical stimulation delivered via two handheld Smart Probes. It can be used on its own or in conjunction with physical therapy, medication and other forms of pain management.
There is a growing interest in the use of frequency and vibration in the alignment of heart rate, respiration, pulse, and cellular health. Some controversial, yet a growing interest in the use of frequency for healing.
